<title>Small trees destroying wall next to bus stop!, 31st January, WF13 4DG</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/228699</link>
<description>At the base of the bridge, there are several established young trees, including a 2-3 meter tree that need cutting down as they are growing into the concrete and masonry, damaging the wall's structural integrity.

Exact location: Just behind the bustop at this location, there is a set of stairs that leads up to the buttress of the bridge on a set concrete bed that tops the wall part of the buttress.

The trees are here, growing into the concrete / wall buttress from above.

<title>Car parking, 30th January, huddersfield</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/228472</link>
<description>Cars parking on double yellow lines and on the causeway outside takeaways and the public house Longroyd Bridge Late evening and night. Both are against the law and according to Kirklees the council is stepping up on stopping people from parking on double yellows and pavements. This is the third time this problem as been reported. There is a car park at the side of the buildings cars should be parked there. Late evenings and night time the take away car is parked on the pavement and other cars park along the double yellows. It is a very busy junction and is a danger to other motorists. I realize you can not be there all the time but perhaps you need to be more force full or put bollards up so that vehicles can not be parked there. Please take action before there is a accident. Thank you

<title>Puffin crossing not working., 28th January, wakefield road dewsbury</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/227876</link>
<description>The puffin crossing does not work right, this has been going on since at least nov 2011. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZkc3VwuJkQ This video shows the problem. This road is extremely busy, and fast! Children cross this road regularly for school. And I worry for those such as elderly or blind who would not be able to even risk crossing the road!! This needs sorting ASAP, if there is nothing you can do would you be able to recommend who would be best to get in contact with over this issue. Thanks

<title>Company staff use canal as a bin, 30th January, WF13 3JS</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/227766</link>
<description>Hutchinsons Demolition company is based at the side of the canal tow path, I walk my dog along here twice a day, and over the past year the disgrace i have seen from this company is getting worse. They are throwing rubbish over the fence, into the canal and onto the footpath. Big shrouds of plastic sheeting, empty boxes, suitcases, paperwork, plastic bottles, crisp packets, etc. There is no end of rubbish from them! It is obvious it is coming from this company as half the time they cant get it over the fence all the way, and it is left dangling on the spikes of the fence. I have witnessed on many occassions, there staff standing at the fence, eating there lunch, smoking, and casually 'lobbing' there lunch rubbish over the fence onto the canal towpath. This morning was the point i decided to do something about it, when a young lady threw an empty pop bottle into the canal, and narrowly missed a young swan. I have confronted the staff and company about the problem and they are not interested in helping clean up there own mess, or preventing it! There is only rubbish along the front of there fence where they throw it over, the rest of the canal is lovely and peacefull. Please stop this company before they ruin the lovely walk completely!
