Many of the locals use the Northwood recreational ground HA6 1HR to walk their dogs and the vast majority of them do not pick up after their dog has fouled. This ground is used every week for Junior football and the mess presents a health hazard. The problem appears to be increasing as the weather is getting worse and it is not monitored by anyone
