Very dangerous frozen patch due to ongoing water leak on the main road. I saw a cyclist fall over on 16/01/2012 and this is bound to have again if the leak is not fixed ASAP. It is also likely that a car will skid onto the nearby pavement. Please fix the water leak asap.

Broken Traffic Island Beacons, 6th January, 174 stoke newington road

There are two broken illuminated traffic island beacons on 174 Stoke Newington Road, London N16 7UY. The beacons are completely broken off leaving two sharp jagged metal slabs in the traffic island. Myself and the driver behind me drove over this at approximately 9.15pm on 05/01/12 and it left me with two punctured blown out tyres on the driver side, alloy buckle and dents as well as suspected axle and suspension damage. The damaged traffic island is difficult to spot on the road at night (as I was)when driving at 30mph due to the missing illuminated beacons. I'll be reporting this to Hackney Council as soon as their offices open tomorrow so that it hopefully doesn't pose any more damage to anyone else.

Outside 76 Green Lanes N16. Dangerous hole has been there since JUNE 2011 & has a cover over it. It's now Jan 2012. No wheelchairs can use the pavement. WHEN is it going to be mended? Sorry no photo but may get one tomorrow!

Cars and white vans for the business on the corner of Well St & Shore Rd regularly park on the double yellows on the intersection. It dramatically reduces visibility for drivers turning out of Shore Rd. I suspect they think it's OK to do it at 7am but it's not - especially now that it's dark and wet at 7am.

Traffic Light could let through more traffic, 15th December, mare st

The traffic light lets people turn right onto Well st (A106) and once it does that it then stops and lets people go straight onto Mare st (A107). But I think it could be doing both simultaneously and therefore letting through allot more traffic.
