Large section of wooden planks have been removed , plus a post near bus stop, from around the park / playground leaving fencing sections almost completely open, adjacent to road.. this offers no protection for a small child. THIS WAS REPORTED IN JULY THIS YEAR, I have seen a child run out from the play area towards the road.

Another sign vandalised due to sub-standard fixings, 13th May

Having reported the vandalised Wicor Copse sign to HCC and being told that the new, double-sided adhesive tape that is now employed to attach such signage is inadequate, I discovered another sign (this time the responsibility of FBC) has suffered a similar fate at the hands (or feet) of the local youths. My original report is at http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/352556 The sign to the main entrance to Wicor Recreation Ground is firmly attached with bolts, rails and screws - Why can't ALL such signs be attached this way?

Wicor Copse sign vandalised, 27th April

The replacement Wicor Copse sign (last year's was repeatedly kicked and thrashed with sticks until it was finally removed) has been ripped off by local youths - allegedly "Robert" and ”James" according to bystanders reports. Have phoned HCC and reported the loss and they suggested the new method of fixing such signs (double sided adhesive tape) only lasts a few attacks whereas the old wooden signage would last years!

Parking problems, 26th April

Local employees are using our road to park Mon-Fri and our own visitors cant now park ! its a real pain and the council wont do anything. Ive reported this twice now

Commercial vehicles taking over our residential car park, 15th April

The number or commercial vans and trucks parking in the residential car park is becoming excessive. Some, if not all, overhang the marked bays and park in a manner that prevents others parking between them due to the width of their vehicles. It has become increasingly common for vans to be parked by people living in the streets surrounding ours. Frustrating to sometimes not be able to park near my house due these vehicles. Can anything be done by FBC to force the owners to leave their vans at work or park within marked bays and not overhang?

No waiting sign, 15th March

The time on a yellow "No Waiting" sign on the right hand side of Heath Road North (approaching from Brook Lane), has been defaced with pink spray paint. Vehicles use this as an excuse to park here whilst waiting for their son/daughter to come out of Brookfield School in the afternoons.

Dog Poo - again!, 11th March

The is a trail of dog poo along the pavement in Buchan Avenue, running from the entrance to Fyfield Close along the foot path towards John Bunyan Close. It keeps reappearing so is clearly the same offender. Enough is enough, I am fed up with cleaning it from the tread on children's bikes, on the plus side we are mastering the art of slalom!!!!! Please do something.

Fly tipping on Ranvilles Lane, 3rd March

Two car seats and a blue car boot lid along with other assorted metal items have been dumped in one of the passing places along Ranvilles Lane close to the blocked end where the gate is. They have been there since yesterday afternoon.

Dog Fowling, 19th February

Dog fowling outside the house on grass verge adjoining the drive (see picture). Leaving the mess there, means the dog fowls the next day, treading the previous one over the drive.This has been going on for three months between dusk hours. Thankyou for looking at this.

Abuse of grass verges., 14th February

I live in Arundel Drive and am annoyed at the way that the delivery lorries to the COOP shop cut up the grass verges. We are not allowed to park on these verges ( quite rightly so ) but the large lorries are forever destroying the verges. Can something PLEASE be done to alleviate this problem. I live in a road which used to be nice to look at, now it is not so. Peter Bourne 45 Arundel Drive. Can someone please come and visit site.

Parking on the pavement, 12th February

Cars are parked right over the pavement in Jesmond Grove at the start and end of the school day. The pavement is completely blocked, meaning my children have to walk in the road to get to and from school. Parking both sides means the emergency vehicles could not reach the end of the road.

There is a terrible amount of dogs faeces in the area, the alley way from John Bunyan close to the strawberry track has mess there, there us a general problem with dog owners not picking up after their dogs along the while of the strawberry track. Can signs please be put up to remind dog owners they will be fined if they don't pick up! My child had fallen in Doha mess again!

Broken storm water drain, 30th December

Broken storm water drain taking water from the pavement causing flooding across the driveway to 156. Man been to survey said the pipe was broken and marked on pavement but no action has been taken yet. Broken pipe is near foundation of a wall, concerned about subsidence.
