An owner of holborn hill witch a think belongsd two 181 has dumped lots of buldinng rubblie at the back of his property wtich Im sure is cOpeland land as i know they pay 30£ a year in which too use. the rubble consists of big bulding blocks, bricks, mud, ect ect. i think its disgrace there being allowed to get away with this.

The A595 is littered in dog waste. Where Briscoe crescent merges on this road, I couldn't pass with my buggy and was forced to wait until there was a gap in the traffic and walk on the road (an incredibly busy road as I'm sure you are aware.) Bransty Road is similarly covered in dog waste.

The owner from 181 Holborn Hill has decided to dump plasterboard, rocks, rubble, stones, glass at the back of his garage to "level" out the rough road at the back of his property and has failed to do so. Its an eye saw and a potental health hazard should any plasterboard contain aspestos. I was walking my dog along here the other day and due to the glass being imbedded into the soil he cut his paw. I want something doing about it.

The back road from Hensingham to Frizington has lots of litter all the way along, macdonalds and other fast food rubbish, plastic bottles etc. Also in the lay-by before the long hill a TV has been dumped. Sadly the whole road looks awful.

The wheelie bin at 50 queenspark millom only seems to get emptied once every 2 months............the bin is pupout onto the pavement every evening before day of collection.... but bin men walk past it and get bin from next door.........i cheched this bin today ...it is full of household rubbish.....the lid is closed and no reason why it wasnt emptied last tuesday. this makes the street untidy looking and the tennent has to arange for the excess rubbish to be taken to the skip. ... as the tennent is mentaley challenged i think this is a disgrace of the county

Dangerous (and illegal) parking, 21st December, seascale

Vehicles constantly pull up and park in this area, which is clearly marked with parking restrictions, to go into local shops. This is despite the fact that there is a large, free car park on the opposite side of the road. Vehicles regularly stop close to the corner which is a very tight 90 degree bend and this creates a safety hazard. I have frequently seen 'near misses' between vehicles here.

Fly tipping and Children climbing trees which are unsafe, 13th October, CA22 2ET

Rubbish is being dumped such as household waste, waste from people doing diy and decorating such as patio slabs, wooden posts and various other items of rubbish which are being dumped in the cutting along the edge of the road which borders on to my garden. Children are then pulling branches off and destroying the trees. They are also climbing and swinging from the branches and could easier fall out of the tree and be injured or fall into the road. The area is unsightly and could attract rats and vermin.

A large pile of tractor/car tyres been dumped here ready for burning in order to recover the metal, this will create toxic fumes which can be poisonous and is a statutory nuisance which occurs regularly to the distress of neighbouring houses

Public Bridleway, 1st June, muncaster

There is a clear bridleway sign to the rear of the house and front of the barn at Branken Wall. However, at the far side of the yard there is no indication of where the path goes. There is a garden gate which appears to be similar to 'standard' footpath gates - however there is no indication of where the path goes. The more obvious path to the left (north) leads to a locked gate with chicken runs, whilst the gate straight on had no path running on from it - tall nettles. It would suggest that the path is being closed by stealth rather than a proper diversion route.

Teenagers shouting and screaming while playing football, 19th March, CA25 5EL

About three weeks ago a group of teenager have started to play football here. There are sometimes a dozen and sometimes theres 4. They come here everyday and cause a breach of the peace with their shouting and screaming. There should be a no ball games sign on the grassy area here.

Congested cul de sac, 8th March, CA22 2QA

The already cramped hammer head at this location is made even smaller because of a number of people using this space to conveniently part their vehicle's outside their house. I say conveniently because there are adequate parking spaces on the road, not including the cul de sac. Due to the number of people who are using this area to park, it is extremely difficult for vehicles to use the cul de sac to turn around. This often means that people will avoid using the cul de sac altogether, and instead, reverse all the way down the road, and out of the mouth of the junction onto Smithfield Road. Both the act of reversing down the street, and then reversing out of the mouth of a junction seriously increases the likelihood of an accident occurring. I would like to know what provisions Cumbria County Council / Copeland Borough Council have in place to resolve this hazard, before there is a serious accident / fatality. Kind regards

Lots of litter, 7th March, hensingham

On Hensingham recreation ground behind the school, especially around the path leading in to it from the top of Cartgate Rd. Lots of rubbish and used dog poo bags lying around. Broken glass also in the grass. Hedges full of plastic bags. Looks a state and is a health risk.

There is a huge problem with dog fouling and littering on Ennerdale road and streets around. It is disgusting and makes me sick. This area is going to have to have an eye kept on it due to low life scum bags just letting their dogs foul and litter the place. People like this don't care. Something is going to have to be done and not just clearing the mess up but getting CCTV around here to catch people out and fine them.
