<title>Kids playing football, 21st March, CW11 3NJ</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/49819</link>
<description>We've lived in our close for several years now and at first there was no real problem. There are several children who play football in the street and they are now getting older and kicking the ball harder and further. This results in the ball damaging our plants and worst of all damaging the cars. We constantly tell the kids to go and play elsewhere as soon as we see their ball go on our property, which they do, but the next day they are back again. Damage has already been done on several occasions and the kids know they shouldn't be there. The most annoying aspect is that there is a large playground at the end of the close which is secure and only accessible from the close, making it a safe place for kids to play. These kids are committing an offence under section 161 of the Highways Act, but I don't want to be seen as an ogre and involve the police. It would be nice if the council could send a leaflet or letters to all houses in the close.

<title>Illegal parking of commercial vehicles , 2nd March, CW11 3GR</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/46872</link>
<description>The ammount of lorries and vans that are parked on double yellow lines outside Sandbach car and commercial scrap yard pose a real threat to road safety. The road is dirty and greasy in this area. If you factor in rain, bad visibility, and excess speeds, it is an accident waiting to happen. As the road bends about 15-20 degrees the is danger to traffic from both directions. I have also seen lorries parked opposite the entrance.I have never seen any traffic control at this site moving illegally parked vehicles on.

<title>Council tax valuation., 28th February, CW11 1GJ</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/46509</link>
<description>No 36 Bradwall Street, continues to grow in the amount of unescessary and unsightly items that continue to arrrive .
I beleive the owner of No 36 Bradwall Street, owns more than one house in Bradwall Street, and those houses are in a similar condition. No's 18 and 29.
I beleive the value of all of the houses in Bradwall Street (whether rented or owned) are affected by the poor attention to the aesthetic detail in these houses and as such I would ask you to Re-assess our Council Tax.
If you need photo's I will be happy to oblige.

<title>Speeding Traffic, 22nd February</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/45623</link>
<description>The B5308 links the village of Holmes Chapel to the M6 motorway. The speed limit as it passes the entrance to Bessancourt and Westmorland terrace is 30MPH however nearly all traffic seems to exceed this speed. When the motorway is closed due to an accident HGV's use this road as a shortcut to the A50 and again seem to ignore the speed limit. This road needs either regular policing or a permanent fixed speed camera to deter such speeders.

<title>Eyesore - Demolished Building, 14th February, CW11 3JE</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/44365</link>
<description>A shop was demolished in Hill St 4/5 years ago and planning was granted for new houses. The new houses have never been built and the demolished building has left a very unslightly party wall showing the plastered walls and fireplaces of the old shop/flat. When will this be rectified as the whole area now looks unsighlty because of this and selling houses in this street is impossible.

<title>Pair of trainers hanging from telephone line, 21st January, CW11 4HA</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/41060</link>
<description>A pair of trainers (tied together at the laces) have been thrown over the telephone lines at the beginning of Palmer Road and they have been hanging there for some time without the council removing them. This is equivalent to flytipping. PLEASE can these be removed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It makes the entrance to this estate looks unkempt and gives the impression the residents do not care and this is definitely NOT the case.

<description>A motor vehicle (motorbike?) has been driven over the grass in the park repeatedly, leaving bare mud where grass used to be. It has been like that for about a week. There needs to be some way of stopping people from driving vehicles onto the park (eg lockable bollards?).
