Footpath flooded - 3 feet deep in places, 7th December, HS2 9AD

Footpath not useable by pushchair or wheelchair users due to depth of water - pedestrians have to climb onto bank by sea to bypass this serious depth of water. Hope nobody goes along here in darkness not knowing about the depth of water. Water stretches for at least 30 metres.

This stretch of road in Achmore is full of potholes on both sides of the road, it has been like this since last year, but has now become considerably worse over the last few weeks.

Block street drains, 23rd October, HS2 0AD

Drains running under pavements - the inlets are blocked can something be done to clear them please - water today was up to level of edge of pavement - from house no 16 to no 19 Lower Sandwick. Pedestrians get soaked as vehicles go past.

Dangerous cattle grid, 5th September, HS9 5XX

The cattle grid by the telephone box is now in a dangerous and noisy state. Some of the bars are completely loose. This was supposed to have been replaced some years ago.

Broken water mains cover, 7th August, HS2 9DE

The small square wrought iron cover marked 'W' has been broken for some month. It looked like this had happened when someone had used a crow bar to open it and the cover then fractured with a quarter of it disappearing. This leaves a small hole and unstable cover which needs replaced. It is located on the tarmac path between the former Bragar Day Centre and the garden of 24 Doune Park. Thanks

Benside Winter Damage, 21st June

The road surface on the entire Benside road is breaking up, with a large amount of debris as a result and significant amounts of potholes. It is in dire need of resurfacing, as neighbouring Baker's Road has been. Dangerous due to the need to swerve to avoid damage. The most recent repairs (approx 1 month ago) have already failed, as they appear to be gravel shovelled into the holes which is not acceptable.

Dangerous Road Surface, 19th March, HS2 9JB

This stretch of road between the entrance to the Grit Storage Pile and the entrance to the Aggregates Quarry, Marybank, is getting beyond a joke. It has been previously patched up, and now there are holes opening up all over this stretch again, they are un-avoidable! Why was this stretch not re-surfaced properly at the same time as the stretch between the Grit Storage Pile and the bridge accross the River Creed? This needs to be rectified urgently, as people have now resorted to driving in the middle of the road to try and avoid all the potholes! Does there have to be an accident before something gets done about this?

Lights on during day, 22nd February, HS2 9DB

On our street (Top road in Arnol) we have had a long-running problem with the three streetlights. The Hydro Electric company carried out work a few weeks ago and the lights have been fine since. However, in the last few days the clock in the lights must have been affected as the lights are now off in the evening and on during the morning.

Pothole (deep, large) on main road through South Bragar adjacent to entrance to Doune Park, Bragar, HS2 9DE. Motorists swerving to avoid this may inadvertently cause an accident due to traffic/people accessing or leaving Doune Park.

My vehicle was almost disabled last night due to a large pothole which is un-avoidable, and which needs to be addressed urgently. There are a number of bad potholes on the stretch of road starting at this corner continuing until the Bragar village.

Flloding of road due to drainage holes blocked, 1st November, HS2 0AE

Between no 20 and 10 Lower Sandwick when it rains water gathers and is unable to drain away due to the drainage holes being blocked - one drain at no 12 is open but remainder all appear blocked with mud. Is it possible please for something be done before more rain this winter - pedestrians getting soaked by cars as they pass them by.

The main village sewer is frequently being choked up by fat and the current drainage system being inadequate and the blockage is overflowing the effluent into my back garden and my home
