No pedestrian crossing signals across traffic lane heading south, 15th December

There have been road / pavement works in the area for the past month or so and there used to be a pedestrian crossing green / red man signal across both sides of the road. The pedestrian signal for the lane heading south has now been removed plus where pedestrians should cross has been changed which is causing potentially very dangerous confusion for both road users and pedestrians crossing the road.

Tree water pipe leak, 19th October

The irrigation pipe to water the planted trees on the north east side of the bridge sprays water all over the road causing danger to cyclists. It is the second to last potted tree as you head to the river. This happens at around 5pm.

Obnoxious advertising, 28th September, EC3M 4AD

Hi, Recently, the shops and restaurants in Tower vaults have taken on putting all their temporary advertisement panels on a straight line as to funnel tourists inside the aforementioned. This has the double effect to be highly unsightly and impeding pedestrian flow for people who just want to pass through. Could the amount of advertising be reduced and be located in more adequate places? Thanks

Shared Cycleway / Footway only signed in one direction, 27th September

The shared cycleway / footway in St. Bride Street, joining onto Farrington Street is only marked from the Farrington Street end. This results in delivery drivers regularly blocking the dropped kerb because it's not obviously a major through route for cyclists, which causes hazards for cyclists. Could appropriate signage and/or road markings be placed at the end of the roadway on St. Bride Street?

Pedestrian lights not working, 23rd September, E1 8AA

The lights allowing pedestrians to cross over minories when walking along Aldgate High St have been out of action for no visible reason for quite some time and it generally proves to be quite dangerous to cross as buses swing round quite wide, motorcycles do not stop or slow down, neither do cars. Pedestrians crossing from east to west cannot see if any traffic is coming and find it even more dangerous as there is no reason for cars to stop any more

Gap in drains - Queen st and cannon stree, 30th August

On queen street at the pedestrian and cycle crossing that crosses cannon street there is a gap in the drains. This is the width of a cycle wheel. It could be dangerous and a cyclist could fall off in to the road and cause an accident.

Broken drain cover - hazard to cycles, 29th August, holborn

On the southbound carriageway in the bus lane, there is a small drain cover (possibly for a water stop cock) where the top has broken off, creating a 15-20cm hole in the road which is a dangerous pot-hole for cyclists.

The design of this road will lead to the needless deaths of cyclists and pedestrians. The speed of vehicles needs to be kept below 20 mph. There should be adequate space given to all users to maintain their safety and comfort. This is a higher principle than that of "smooth traffic flow" or allowing a larger number of motor traffic through the junctions.

The bin opposite the steps of St Paul's was overflowing with rubbish this afternoon with litter all over the floor around it. A rubbish collector was in Paternoster Sq seemingly doing nothing at the same time. (Around 1:30pm)

On the corner of New Change and Cheapside are some benches. One has been overturned and so is unusable and another seems to have been completely broken/collapsed and needs removing/replacing/repairing.

Adverisement Boards Blocking Pavement, 11th May, EC2R 6PA

There are a lot of Advertisement Boards on the Pavement and they are becoming a hazard.They are outside LA Fitness, Mcdonalds and other shops in the Parade.Can something be done about this?
