Blocking school entrance, 23rd January, new rd southbourne

Parents collecting children from Southbourne Infant School are regularly parking and abandoning their cars on double yellow lines and the yellow zig-zags at the school entrance. The problem is at its worst between 3pm and 3.20 pm, when the road is often completely blocked and impassable to other traffic. Polite discussion has been attempted with the many ofending drivers, but has failed to resolve the issue. There is a real potential for injury to a child leaving the school.

Loads of dog mess around the far end of the parking at the West Wittering beach. Problem continued down the beach towards the cafe and then we gave up and went home as got sick of cleaning the kids shoes.

Appears to be a leaking mains water pipe, 17th October, PO18 8NR

For the past week I've noticed puddles on the left hand side of the road and as we have had no rain to date I suspect it is a broken mains pipe somewhere. It is near the BT telephone exchange entrance near the grass verge.
