<title>Dog Fouling on grass, 5th January, S40 2SZ</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/222092</link>
<description>On Kingsley Avenue Grangewood (the top part off the Harehill road entrance) there is a patch of grass next to the the first set of flats on Chertsey Close (it has a dog fouling bin on it) It is covered in dog poo. The dog owner lives in the first set of flats on Chertsey Close but I dont know wether it is the ground floor or first floor flat. Every evening he lets his dog out (which is a big dog) to foul on the grass and he never picks it up.
&lt;br&gt;Nearest road to the pin placed on the map (automatically generated by Bing Maps): Chertsey Close &amp; Kingsley Avenue, Chesterfield

<title>Litter, 9th November, S40 4AF</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/212527</link>
<description>The bottom end of Ashgate Road (near Loggins Petrol Station) is suffering from a constant supply of public litter from both people walking into town after visiting Loggins as well as people walking away from Chesterfield. As well as the alley way that leads from Alexander Road west to Chesterfield. The alley way is constantly suffering from litter and waste from the chip shop &amp;amp; KFC on west bars as well as dog litter. Their are also several bundles of undelivered newspapers on the allotment side of the fence. I do feel this is made worse as their are no litter bins on either of these places. Please place litter bins in the areas have mentioned.

<title>Overgrown Tree's, 9th November, S40 4AF</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/212519</link>
<description>On the corner of Ashgate Road and Chester Street there are several overgrown trees that are on council land that are hanging onto the pavement. The branches are now getting so low that I have caught my head on several times and have been very close to having them poke me into my eyes and feel it is only a matter of time before someone damages their eyes.

<title>Inkerman / wasps nest playing field, 20th June</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/190308</link>
<description>I have witnessed several occasions where dog owners have not picked up their dogs mess on the inkerman field, this seems to happen mostly where the raised bank is, along the bottom of the field, probably because the dog owners think no one can see them doing it. One regular offender is a woman who often wears a blue coat &amp;amp; has a very small dog, she lets her dog do it's mess in the bottom corner of the field, behind the factory &amp;amp; never picks it up. It really is about time something was done about this problem at this location.

<title>Overgrown Bushes/hedge, 11th May, whitecotes lane</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/184053</link>
<description>The path between whitecotes park and whitecotes lane near the school has become very overgrown. (The bushes are aparently not the responsibility of the nearby houses as the plants are planted on the outside of the boundary of each property). The path is used by many residents, parents and school children. Its getting almost inpossible to walk through, even in single file. We do not know if the bushes/hedge is the responsibility of the borough or county council.

<title>Double Yellow Lines, 9th March, S40 3RG</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/171935</link>
<description>I live on old hall road, it is a narrow one-way residential road. Recently the caravan repair shop has gained double yellow lines on the road outside the premises. This area was previously hatched and left clear during the day for the use of the business, now the double yellow lines mean that parking is not permitted any time. I think this is highly inappropriate as the street is predominantly residential, surely a formal loading bay would have been a better alternative, allowing the business to have use during business hours and residents use of the parking space out of hours. No consultation was undertaken before the double yellow line were painted and now the limited residents parking is even more restricted.

<title>Lorry parking on residential street causing damage to kerbstones and grass verge, 10th February, S43 3YD</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/163883</link>
<description>The offending vehicle, a mvs recovery vehicle, previously reported on several occasions, is causing damage by uprooting kerb edge stones and creating a huge mud rut in the grass verge and spreading mud along the highway. Also, residents are ignoring the recently enforced NO PARKING rule with a silver vauxhall having been parked on the grassland for weeks. Please address the issues repeatedly reported to the council which are being left unresolved.

<title>Unsightly area.., 18th January</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/155920</link>
<description>Dear Sir/Madam

The grassy area/fields off Station Road Hollingwood which is used frequently as access to the Chesterfield Canal is an absolute disgrace...This area is wrongfully used by cars/motorbikes skidding on the fields and for people dumping their litter.. There is also the annual childrens fair and weekly Car boot which also add damage to the area...This really is the eyesore of Hollingwood...

Several friends from the United states who were visiting me were puzzled into why such a lovely canal was surrounded by such a mess...I just cannot understand why more care and attention has not been brought to this area..(especially as work has now begun on the new attraction at the Barrowhill Canal section}

Kindest regards

<title>Unappropriate behaviour , 5th December, S43 1AT</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/146413</link>
<description>The woman from this property, as a small dog called Rosie, who she lets out of her house and watches her from the property fouling the green area which seperates her property from those across the street. it has been noted by a few residents that the dog does this on a regular basis, even thought the houses in the street have adequate back and front gardens. They have in the last few months completed a front enclosure. However this does not get used for security of the dog, has the dog still is allowed to foul the green area. We ourselves are not dog owners, but the few on that street who has dogs, do seem to use leads and pick up the dog mess and place it in the bin which is provided at the end of the street on adjacent to Wikely Way.
