<title>Shropshire union cycle path, 21st May</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/358868</link>
<description>Hi, I use this cycle track often and has got very ruff and need of tarmac, at one point the bank has collapsed and took a lot of the path with it making it very dangerous to cyclists and walkers.

<title>Lack of street cleaning Canalside Seller St/Russell St, 20th May</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/358587</link>
<description>Alongside the canal, to the rear of the Eaton Hotel Beer Garden, there is a 'turning point' (double yellow lines) in front of the Binstore of Colchester House, The Square Chester Development. Bins, large and small and both full and empty belonging to the wide alley of the City Road eateries, are constantly deposited on these yellow lines and the pavement and are left there for, at least, three or four days at a time. The consequence of this inconsiderate action is fourfold: (1) the Colchester House Bin store (large bins) is blocked and cannot be emptied by the Council contractors for the Development from this access point, (an arrangement made especially to accommodate the Council vehicles' inability to deal with the electronic barrier at the other entrance to this bin store, (2) the pavements and gutters cannot be cleaned, (3) the waste material from the restaurants spills over onto the floor, is not cleared up and atttract vermin (H&amp;amp;SA hazard),(4) hinders large vehicles from using the turning point. eg fire appliances (as the weekend before last on three occasions and so causing other small vehicles to be moved ) and in addition is very, very unsightly for both users of the recently developed, good area of the canal side and customers eating food in the adjacent beer garden of the Eaton Hotel (which deals with its waste very appropriately and causes no problems. As a Director of the Development Company, I have telephoned with this complaint recently and hope that this report will result in action, if only street cleaning being carried out and the waste problems for the said eateries being monitored regularly so that compliance with the regulations (and common sense) is achieved and, in turn, results in keeping the area safe, clean and tidy and not like a parking lot in a poor area.

<title>Flytipping, 11th May</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/356517</link>
<description>There is a matress and various black bin bags full of rubbish just disgarded into the vegetated ground just off the road. Can the council please collect it as it looks an eye sore. Also there are vast amounts of dog faeces bags thrown into the area. This is fly tipping and not only illegal but an eyesore to passers by. Can the Council please clear up this area properly and as previously suggested in other posts consider that CCTV or similar deterrent signs are erected to stop this constant problem

<title>Graffiti on my garage, 6th May</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/355084</link>
<description>My garage backs onto King Georges park on the corner of Station Rd and Crook Lane, it's at the rear on number 27 Crook Lane. There is the word DONUT on the back of my garage facing into the park. I reported this a couple of weeks ago, I'm not sure if that was done and this is new or the last lot has not been cleared.

<description>Again we report this. My wife went to look at the new childrens play area on King Georges park on the corner of Station Rd and Crook Lane, she promptly stood in dog dirt in this area. If she can get it on her foot, the kids in the park can get it on there hands in there eyes and so forth. Please can you make some better efforts to address this problem. !!!!!!

<title>Collapsing fence, 26th April</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/352423</link>
<description>A fence at the rear of 25 Crook Lane is collapsing at the bottom. I have attached a photo of the fence with an arrow pointing to the area. This fence backs onto King Georges park that has just been renovated, there are quite a number of small children close to this fence, that may come away, the whole fence in this area is not in very good condition and could cause injury to a child. The owner of number 25 is unlikely to repair this. Safety hazard to small children...
