Weeds growing on Highway, 5th July

Fairmeadow is a brick paviored road. There are weeds growing between the brick paviours and in the area btween the paviours and curbstones. At one time the authority used to spray the areas to reduce weed growth. My neighbours have advised me that it is a number of years since the Authority last carried out weed control in Fairmeadow.

One of the pavements leading into the close from Old Lane is covered in moss making it dangerous for elderly and infirm residents.

Noisey illegal mini moto bikes, 3rd July

From 12 Tintagel close there is most evenings a mini moto bike being ridden through Greenside estate. It is extremely noisy and a not only a publie nuisance (i is loud enough even within a double glazed house with all windows shut to keep my 3 son wide awake and startled but it illegal on public roads and only to be ridden on private land. Can you please look into this or guide me in the direction of who I should complain to to have this situation sorted out.

Broadband - BT Lines, 23rd June

This probably not a council issue, but i run a business from home that relies on the internet during business hours and the BT lines for broadband are atrocious.
When signing up we were told we could only receive 4MB broadband because we are at the end of the line from the junction box at Helsby. I have recently been testing the speed and receive between 0.3 and 0.4MB. When the line is being used a lot between here and the junction, the connection drops so low it disconnects. I am then left with no internet access for sometimes hours at a time.
Contacting BT alone makes no difference and i don't know where to go next as this is something that needs sorting out with the increase in Broadband subscribers.

Traffic calming/potholes, 20th May

Church Road is a nightmare due to traffic dutting through the village, and cutting up the roads in the process. Is something going to be done about this before someone is killed? There is a school on this road which will soon be replaced by a bigger school - hence even more traffic. I consider that I pay more than enough council tax to live where I do and expect the council to acknowledge and formulate some plan to deal with this issue before there are fatalities.
Thank you
