Grass Verge Damaged, 7th January, GL51 6NP

The Recycling Lorry has driven up on the grass verge and created a very deep gouge in the grass verge outside No. 1 Cowley Close, Benhall, Cheltenham. The driver cut the corner into Cowley Close and couldn't get round properly as a car was parked on the left hand side. If he had reversed and squared the vehicle up properly, there was ample room to drive up the Close without going onto the grass verge. It was just thoughtless.

On a regular basis items are dumped and when I get fed up I drive them to the tip. Now on the only narrow covered access passage to several flats off Great Norwood Street by Ella Hair someone has dumped a piano and three mattresses! It beggers believe - now general rubbish is building up again and my neighbour saw a rat sitting on one mattress. It is a fire hazard if nothing else.
