During periods of heavy rain, water collects and comes racing down Well Lane. There are one or two storm drains along the Lane however these get blocked up causing the water to overspill into driveways. At 41 Well Lane, the driveway is on a downward gradient from the Lane and despite efforts to divert the water, the drive becomes flooded. There needs to be a better system for drainage on the Lane. Perhaps the storm drains could be made bigger and more effective?

A sofa has been fly tipped by the side of the A12 (north bound) in the layby just before the Stock/Billericay turn off. There is also a large amount of litter along this stretch of road.

Graffiti on bin in park, 8th August, CM11 1JG

Unfortunately someone has thoughtlessly written a graffiti tag on the top of the bins near the children's play area. The goal area below the basketball net remains covered in large graffiti also. It needs repainting as cleaning off in past has not rectified the situation. Similarly one large fence panel is still showing graffiti. Cleaning has been attempted unsuccessfully. Please repaint the fence.

Potential abandoned car parked on corner of Crompton Street opposite terraced houses. Car is a black Citreon Saxo registration number: V426 KYG. Car has been left at corner for at least 4 weeks without moving. Drivers side front tyre is flat and visible tax disc has now expired dated 31/5/2011. Would it be possible to investigate please? Many thanks.

Green Rover - R742GGC - Owner lives at 9 Middleton Row, South Woodham Ferrers. Despite being informed of the problem vehicle continues to be parked at location leaking oil over the road. There are now numerous patches along the length of road. This has been ongoing for several weeks.

Hi, The lady who lives on the ground floor flat in my block of flats (king George Court) is a disgusting slob! (I believe it is number 13 she lives at). She has dumped a box of nappies that is full of rubbish outside the door. It started off inside the building and has slowly migrated out onto the street where it has been for a month. She regularly makes a habit of leaving her rubbish outside her door for weeks on end before actually putting it in the bin which is just around the corner. It is definitely her- she is a repeat offender and the only person in the block with a baby. I have reported her to CountryWide Management who manage the properties, but she continues to be a lazy heathen. Please slap a fine on her!
