New problems to Carlisle City Council on FixMyStreet

There are 3 tall trees on the side of the green grassy bank on the side of house 218 Hebden Avenue. These trees get battered alot by the wind on that corner, also they have been planted on a grassy bank and do not look secure. I am concerned one or all of these trees will fall over onto the property of 218 and cause considerable damage, please could they be inspected and cut down. If there were to be damage would the council pay to repay the house.

Outside 23 St James Road. Gully has been blocked for a long time, despite being regularly "serviced", water does not get away and continues to flow along the road.

Frequent illegal parking outside Greggs, 6th June, CA3 0HA

Cars and vans in particular are frequently parked right on the corner of this junction on Grearshill Road, outside the Greggs bakery shop. This makes it extremely dangerous to turn right onto Grearshill Road, as it is impossible to see traffic travelling south. Since drivers seem unaware of restrictions on parking near junctions there needs to be an explicit, clear prohibition of parking in this area. There are sufficient, underused parking bays at the side of the building. Greggs should also be asked to address the problem with their customers, and their license to operate such an outlet revoked / not renewed if they cannot show that it's possible to operate safely in such a location.

3rd of Jan counted 75 dog craps on and alongside stretch of Caldew Pathway from North Street end to Graham Street end.You need some one or one of the mobile cctv cameras from the CDRP to observe & film and enforce. ASP ITS a disgrace.

Incorrect markings on cycle path, 16th September

The cycle path in the photo shows that stop signs have been painted where is crosses a road. This is incorrect, the priority should be for the cyclist and the emerging traffic should stop and give way. These incorrect markings are repeated another six times along this stretch of cycle path shown in the photograph

Our neighbour at 41 highfield avenue, has 3 dogs and never seems to pick up his dog mess in the communal garden. Its discusting as if we want to hang our washing up we have to remove the dog muck our selves. There has already been letters though the post from riverside about this matter and still keeps happening.

I have reaported this 3 times over the pone and nothing has been done to remove it and my cat brought a rat into my house i had work men whitch had to use the lain to access my house whitch they said there is needles lying i carnt see why we carnt have gates up there to stop this as we dont need the access to the next street this would stop this then we would no if it was the residants as we are sick of the mess so please could you help to get gates put up thank you
