As a local retailer, i have noticed recently a vast number of cars parking on the double yellow lines and also on the public footpath along the gray street entrance to the car park adjacent to cowbridge road east. this seems to be causing a nuisance as it is affecting deliveries to the local businesses and access for users of the car park. it is also causing parents and disabled people to have to walk along the road rather than using the safety of the footpath provided.

In my street there are 2 dogs that live at 13 bradford street, they constantly are left out the street on there own , they foul the street all the time which means me and others in my street clean up after them they foul outside our doors ect ,they also make sure they are put out on our rubbish days which means bags are riped open which again means we all clean up after them again, we have spoken to them but they dont care we have all seen them doing this trying to stop them makeing a mess but to no aveil. 13 bradford street grangetown is the address of them please can you tell what i we can do to try and stop this. thanks

The occupant of 75 Sevenoaks Road has put 14 black rubbish bags outside their house on the pavement and it has been 3 weeks now so obviously they have not made any arrangements for them to be collected and not only that why have they not put these into their black bin, if they had done this over the past 3 weeks they would have finally got rid of them. The bags are sightly and one of the bags is starting to split.
