<title>Rubbish, 29th March</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/51096</link>
<description>I, along with others, have noticed an increase in rubish on the main road between Saltash &amp;amp; Treulerfoot in recent weeks. Travelling behind a blue Viridor high sided lorry west of Saltash the other day I could see where much of it seems to have come from. Numerous items of rubbish flew from the top of this lorry and came to rest along the road. On mentioning this to a neighbour, he had seen the same a few days earlier. Surely this rubbish could be secured. better.

<title>Orchard scrap yard, 3rd March</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/47046</link>
<description>Often old vehicles left outside the yard. This is a lovely drive through countryside until you reach Orchards and then you see this blight at the side of the road. Trucks are left there for a long time and sometimes up to a dozen old cars are outside.

<title>View obstruction, 24th February</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/45941</link>
<description>Up to four vehicles are being parked near one of the new traffic calming build outs.

This prevents a clear view towards St Ive, and vehicles have to pull into the top of Amanda Way to avoid oncoming vehicles, which are having to avoid one of the parked vehicles.

<title>Trains, 24th February</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/45883</link>
<description>The trains have a speed limit of 10 miles an hour through the station, howvere we find them going through alot faster which causes the whole house to shudder and keep us awake all night. Also the weeds growing through have caused damage to the fence outstide, and being a tenant with a very high council tax has left us no money to repair the problem.

<title>Venslooe Hill, 18th January</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/40666</link>
<description>Since the autumn leaf fall a substantial quantity of leaves has accumulated along the edges of Venslooe Hill, particularly the stretch between Ladymead and the point marked on the map. These are not dispersing and are hazardous to all road users, both pedestrians and motorists, particularly when wet. It would be appreciated if a mechanical road sweeper could be deployed to remove all this. (The photo shows one of the worst places.)

<title>Raw sewage leaking onto public highway., 21st November</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/35421</link>
<description>When the weather is wet excess water accumulates at the top of Talland Hill and there is a very strong smell of sewage. It appears to be coming from the wall on the left handside of the lane (as you stand at the junction looking down the lane).

<title>Parking on bend opposite junction, 1st June</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/23600</link>
<description>Up to five cars parked on this bend, at times, forcing vehicles, including HGV's and school bus, into middle of the road, causing a hazard to vehicles coming down through the village. There is debris regularly coming out of Gooseberry Lane, which creates a hazard when vehicles have to brake hard to give way to vehicles coming from the opposite direction.

<title>Building materials at roadside, 31st May</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/23518</link>
<description>Building materials have been present at the roadside in front of this house for at least 3 years. The house owner says it is for personal use. However a business is obviously being run from a private house here and these building materials are constantly there causing distraction to drivers. Surely sych an eyesore must also devalue surrounding properties. St Cleer has not been able to be considered for the Best Kept Village competition while such an unsightly road hazard exists.

<title>Non compliance with smoking legislation by Managment Company, 24th April</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/21601</link>
<description>On Thursday 17th april 2008, two smoking enforcement officers visited this estate(29-36 Trevorder rd Torpoint, pl11 2ns) with regard to complaints about smoking in non smoking areas. The directors of the managment company for this estate asked for the council to get invovled and enforce the legislation. Several people were spoken to,and they have started to smoke outside of these areas, but the directors of the managment company are still being non-compliant by not placing signs in the areas covered by the legislation, including their registered office at 29C trevorder rd. As the directors are the ones who wanted the council to become involved, they are now breaking legislation that they wanted enforced by not displaying signage in the affected areas. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information.

<title>Dog fouling pathway to school, 14th December</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/11664</link>
<description>There is a problem with probably one person letting their dog foul a pathway that is a popular route to school. The dog is of a large breed judging by the sheer amount of mess it making. As it is a narrow pathway this menace is causing absolute misery for all that use the path.
