Large lump of concrete, 8th October, WS12 2SH

There is a very large lump of old concrete that has been left under the "MELBOURNE ROAD" street sign just on the junction of Bank St/Melbourne Rd. It has been there several years and should have been removed when the new sign was out up. Several requests for removal have been made to the local authority but to no avail

I am sick and tired off not being able to park my car at night times because of the on street parking opposite my address in Grouse Way. The people who are parking there cars on pavements all have driveways with plenty of room to park there cars but dont use them because it is too much hassle for them to move the cars around which is what we do. Two residents use there driveways for caravan storage which is not acceptable. Could you please send someone down to the road at about 18.43pm at night and you will see the problems. The dustbin men had serious problems with getting the bin wagon around this morning this is just not acceptable. Please help us to resolve this situation if not I am going to report this to the police cause I fed up with the issue it has been like this for a long time. Please see photos attached.

Children from 25 bilberry bank dragging old household items onto public green area .last week a sofa was removed by local council now a bed mattress which they were playing on, on their garden has now been left in the middle of the green for 4 days

Locally Known as 'stookes' alley, the alley next to 'Hednesford Spice' Market street, leading that leads to kingfisher drive. The rat was sighted near the wall on the right hand side, looking toward Kingfisher Drive.

Broken Asbestos sheets and other rubbish, 5th August, Brooklyn Rd, Heath Hayes WS12 5

There is rubbish being dumped in front of the garages opposite number 30 Brooklyn Rd, Heath Hayes Cannock. The concern is that there is broken asbestos sheet in this rubbish and children are playing round it. The occupier of No.30 Mrs L Peters reported this to Cannock Chase District Council on the 19th of July no action has yet been taken.

Large numbers of teenagers aged 14-17 gathering at the back of Garretts brook in a number of locations drinking,drug use and having sex leaving large amounts of cans,bottles and rubbish.This is getting common on Friday and Saturday nights from 17oohrs-0200hrs when they come back up to Love Lane and the Star field going home drunk,shouting and swearing.This has been reported to the Police by other residents of Love Lane.THIS NEEDS ATTENTION A.S.A.P.

Dog fouling problem, 29th May, WS11 9FB

My young daughter has recently returned home covered in dog mess after falling over while out playing with her friends. Her clothes were thrown away along with her training shoes. She was physically sick and is so upset and disgraced that she has not been out since this incident. After watching people walk their dogs on the public footpath that runs from Jerome road down to Red lion crescent, we have seen many NOT clean up after their dogs. The adjacent field is a Dog fouling mine field, and it seems that hardly any of the owners are cleaning up. What can we do? Thank you.

Blocking Street Lighting, 5th May, WS12 4SW

The foliage on the tree alongside this street light is blocking out a large proportion of its potential illuminination of the area. The Police have attended this area in the early hours of the morning twice in the past two months, when an individual was disturbed trying to access cars and properties in this vicinity. As I am aware, the maintenance of this tree is the responsibilty of the council.

Kerb crossings and pavements, 22nd April, WS12 4BG

A few months ago workmen and machines arrived in the grove. I expected them to repave the crossings and pavements. they repaired one drive for a man who does not even drive, he has never driven and is very frail and almost blind. My crossing is down to bare aggregate, the pavements covered with moss and badly tarmacadamed. When will they be finished off as they should be. Mike J Charles

Parking here by shop owners, users of the co-op and also taxi drivers not fully in the taxi bay opposite is becoming a real concern. Despite there being double yellow lines, people are ignoring this. Disabled badge holders are also parking here to use the co-op despite ample disabled parking on the car park provided. I’ve seen several near miss accidents involving both cars and pedestrians. Please can the parking laws here be enforced!

I live very close to St Josephs school and my times to commute to and from work coincide with those of school drop off & collect. Parents are becoming increasingly ignorant to residents & frequently block residents in - parking on both sides of the road and not leaving enough room for another car to pass inbetween, parking on corners & restricting visibility, and just leaving doors wide open whilst strapping in children or generally having a chat. I have previously complained to the school but nothing ever gets done.
