Reported in March and still nothing done. This will cause an accident. On Skircoat Rd at junction with Oxford Rd there are three sunken drain access points. One has been previously filled with tarmac which is breaking up.

In the middle of the junction of Dryclough Lane and Skircoat Green Road there is sunken drain access point. Worse still there is a deep rut at the joint of two lengths of surface. A cyclist or even a motorcyclist could have a very nasty accident. Even in a car driving across the junction (Skircoat Green Road) could break a wheel or bust a tyre.

Deep pothole, 13th May

There is a deep pothole adjacent to a cast iron manhole cover on Thorney Lane about 100m above the junction with Towngate. The pothole is directly in the path of car wheels and is sufficiently deep and "sharp-edged" to cause tyre, wheel and suspension damage to vehicles.

Dog fouling, 6th May

There is a pile of dog dirt, outside no 9 and 9a midgley, near the bridge, it was there last night at 6pm and is still there. perhaps some survellance would be a good idea, as this area is being used as i dogs toilet.it needs cleared up as soon as possible. i will consider contacting the public health to see if anything more can be done about this problem

Dog mess, 28th April

There is a lot of dog mess outside no 11 and 11a midgley road, at the top of the road near to the bridge.it has not been cleaned since last reported and some more has been added also some more along the footpath on burnley road, outside the shops.i had to walk up the side of the road to avoid it...it is now a matter for public health or whatever body can help

Graffiti, 16th April

Someone has sprayed the word "IRAQ" onto the back of Sainsburys on the canal side. This is opposite Millroyd Island just off Huddersfield Road. I heard a member of the public saying that they found the graffiti quite offensive and as such I deem this necessary to be reported for its immediate removal. The same member of the public told me that someone had done similar graffiti of a political nature a few weeks ago and that this was removed. On behalf of Calderdale residents may I request that this graffiti be removed as it is causing offense to passers by. I have sought to return to the location for another look and I also deem the nature of the graffiti to be quite upsetting, it is also visible from the main road which does not give a good impression to people coming from Huddersfield of Brighouse. Huge pothole, 11th April

There's a huge pothole in the Brighouse bound side of the road that,if struck directly, would almost certainly cause damage to a vehicle. If a motorcycle/push bike were to hit it injury is likely. Vehicles are swerving violently or braking sharply to avoid this and cars parked adjacent are making things a little difficult
