New problems to Broxtowe Borough Council on FixMyStreet

No wheelie bin collection, 18th July

For some reason this week (17/07/08) my wheelie bin was not emptied. Can you please explain why? My address is Warren Court, Stapleford.

Road side/curb errosion, 9th July

The road has been marked with yellow paint for the last twelve months, nothing has been done to relay the tarmac. With an elderly relative that visits frequently this has caused problems getting into/out of a motor vehicle. It has the potential to become a real falls hazard which would be v.costly to the local authority.

Potholes, 23rd May

Dear Sirs, on either side of the road there are huge strips of tarmac missing.

Oil Spill, 3rd May

[edited for privacy - details sent to council] continually leaks oil over the road. The owner continually moves the car (although yet to see it directly outside his residence) and as such the oil is spread over a larger area. This is opposite the recreation ground and this road is frequently visited by young men driving rather fast - what if a child was to run out from the road and one of these racers slides because of the oil. This is a dangerous situation.

Dog waste bin requirement, 11th April

Can a dog waste bin be positioned at the entrance to the Nottingham canal footpath, starting at Latimer Drive Wollaton. This is a well used path and there is no provision for the disposal of dog waste in the area, causing a significant problem.

Persistant dog mess, 30th March

All around the swingate area,kimberley primary school and Park Avenue.Many dog owners not picking up their dog mess.

Faulty self-closing electric doors, 6th February

The outermost electric doors on this facility repeatedly open even when there is nothing to trigger them. The inner ones seem permanently stuck open.

Flytipping, 7th August

A number of items have been dumped along side my garage and into the brook. This is not the first time this has happened. The garage is on the right hand side of Willeys Lane just off the A608.

Litter along High Road, Toton, 22nd April

There is always a substantial amount of litter along Toton High Road, particularly opposite Spray's newsagents in the hedge bottom and at the junction of Kensington Close on the green area. People drop cans, bottles and empty cig packets, chocolate wrappers, etc. all the time. Please can there be more litter picking/street cleaning in the area or litter bins sited and emptied regularly.
