A sofa has appeared on the grass opposite Number 1 St Laurence Drive next to Broxbourne High Road. Could this be removed as soon as possible please before it encourages more people to dump things here. Thank you.

Unkept flower beds and grass, 8th July, EN8 0LF

Hi, I would like to bring to the notice of the council the beds in Clement Road which were once planted with jasmine, lavender and rosemary. The one outside number 12 now is tangled with bindweed, 5 foot high grass, a holly bush and a 9 foot high wild rose bush which catches unsuspecting people as they walk past. The beds further down the road are not quite so bad but are heading that way. The grass verges are badly in need of cutting. Thankyou for your site.

Hello. The tree outside of 29 and 32 beechfield is a nuisance, branches and twigs keep falling from this tree onto cars and people, i have been hit a couple of times, and most recently one fell on to a buggy with a small child in, the lady was shocked and lucky this did not cause serious injury to her child, I did not get her details to verify this incident.

There is an exposed manhole positioned at the entrance of Beecholm Mews on the right hand side near the bushes. It is clearly in need of being sealed to ensure vermin infestation does not occur. Please action this.

Norwood Road-regular sweeping needed , 16th February

This road close to the station has become a dumping ground for the commuters' fast food wrappers. The road becomes strewn with fast food rubbish in the early evening and late at night. Please could there be a weekly sweep around to ensure the residents are not forced to live in such mess? Please put up do not throw litter signs on the lampposts.

Railings in need of a lick of paint , 16th February

Railings on the corner of Lawrence Gardens to the end of Cadmore Lane junction are in urgent need of repainting-the bushes next to the railings should be dug up as it is a litter dump. The area around Lawrence Gardens to Cadmore Lane need to be improved and monitored to ensure the menace of litter dropping is disencouraged. Catch the litter louts fine them and use the money towards clearing up this eyesore.

Fencing on public footpath , 15th February

Fencing has been damaged by local youths kicking in the fence at the bottom. There are two fencing panels missing and one lower fencing panel missing further along the communal fence that backs onto the Lawrence Gardens alleyway - please amend as rubbish and food is now collecting in the space of the fence.

Obstruction of junction, 8th January, EN10 7RA

Dear sirs, for the last couple of months there have been vehicles parked at the end of Copthorn Avenue where it meets Park Lane. Cars turning in to Copthorn Avenue from Park Lane often have to stop and reverse out on to the main road as another car tries to come out of Copthorn. I think there should be parking restrictions at the end of the road in order to prevent a potential accident.

Litter Bin on street corner, 26th November, EN10 6NJ

Plastic bags of rubbish are being left next to this bin. One particular elderly lady is putting pink plastic bags containing rubbish behind and next to this bin. It appears people are putting their household rubbish there instead of keeping it for collection once a week by the refuse lorry. There are 3 bags there now. Couldn't these bags be searched through to find some evidence of who the culprits are?

The stinging nettles adjacent to the allotment fence along the path used by Broxbourne primary are quite large and just at the right height to sting the younger children in the face. I would be grateful if these could be cut back. Thank you.
