Dog mess building up again outside 17/19 Park Rd, 1 The Vale and alongside Park Vale Court (The Vale side). Also I noticed that the dog fouling penalty signs that where put up early this year have dissapeared !!

There is low-level barbed wire along the edge of this narrow path, heavily used by school children. This below 2.4 meters off the ground, and is contrary to Section 164 of the Highways Act 1980.

The grass on the traffic island has been badly damaged by large vehicles running over it, and has deep ruts that are a trip hazard for those crossing the road. There is a considerable amount of mud on the road too.

Local green used as car park, 11th February, CM14 4UP

Once a nice bit of green for the local younger kids to play on,is now a car park for residents and High St commuters. In fact they drive across the green and the pavement to get back onto the main road, churning up the grass. Shame no one really cares anymore

Almost daily dog mess for the last 2 weeks, both sides of the street,disgusting and walked into at night by local residents. Needs an early morning clean up daily at present!
