Someone has done graffitti on the wall next to my house. Its not my wall but it is right beside my house so it looks like it is and is de-valueing my property. The police know who did it but as its not my property as such won't make them clean it properly. The wall belongs to my neighbour but their house is round the corner and they are renting it out so no-one cares. Please help.

Uncovered manhole hidden in Navarino Belt, 13th December

There is a small concrete lined manhole (about 40 or 50 cm square) on the ground in the Navarino Tree Belt behind Fir Walk in Thetford. The cover is missing and moss, leaves and debris have ingressed. Cannot see what is is an access for but it could be a hazard.

There are at least thirty piles of dog faeces at the base of trees in the grassed cut through from Elm Road to Fir Road adjecent to 82 Elm Road backing on to 56 Fir Road. Looks like a local dog uses it as a toilet. Not an exxageration. Very unhygienic.

There are two water leaks from newly installed water meter housings. One at 378 st johns way which had previousl been reported and apparently fixed is now leaking again. The second is the water meter housing outside 387 st johns way.
