<title>Dogs fouling the pavements, 10th October</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/?id=9557</link>
<description>I have twins that have just started school this term and we walk up Oswald Road to school. There have been numerous occasions that we have had to avoid dog mess on the pavement. The area marked is approximately where we had to avoid a new pile of mess this morning. Unfortunately, my friend was not so lucky and her daughter stepped in it. If people have dogs they should be cleaning up the mess they make and not leaving it for others to walk in. I am walking two 4 1/2 year olds along the pavements and I can not possibly see every pile of mess that has been left. Just because I have highlighted this road, please do not think that it is the only problem area. There are other roads that we walk along regularly with this problem. We are encouraged to be environmentally friendly and walk rather than taking the car, but the more we as parents have to suffer this problem of dogs fouling the streets, the more we will choose to use our cars. Something needs to be done. I know that I am not the only parent who is unhappy about this.</description>
