Hello, The public footpath from Preston New Road to Marton Mere has started to be overgrown again, please can the pathway be made more accessible by regular maintenance. The path itself could do with replacing soon as it is in disrepair. This footpath is an excellent way to access Martin Mere Nature reserve, which is one of Blackpool's finest assets. Also there is a bit by litter on the footpath, mostly by the Preston New Road end where their was yesterday some polystyrene packaging. Many Thanks :)

Re Recent pothole repair, 23rd July

The Council have recently repaired a large pothole in the road adjacent to No's 8-10 Toronto Avenue. I think it would be prudent if the people in charge were to survey the repair perhaps they would have the same opinion as the residence "Typical council workers". Whilst they were surveying this they may take a look at the pavement its only being like this since the changing positions of the street lights!

Uneven paving, 20th July

The paving in Buckden Close, Huntingdon Drive and other local areas is uneven and offers many trip hazards. The Council only appear to maintain bits of it on an ad hoc basis. This is uneconomic and the whole paved area should be tarmaced.

Rubish, 18th July

Rubish and a supremarket trolly been dumped infront of the alley gates Banks St / Back Lord St. Rubish bags bust and all over the road.

Excessive Cars, 17th July

A business is being run from a residential premises i.e selling cars in excess of 13 cars are being parked on the road and being sold.

Yellow Line Parking, 2nd July

There are two drivers that park on the double yellow line regularly, almost daily for up to 8 hours a day, sometimes overnight making it difficult to pass especially when there are cars on the opposite end of the street. This is just outside of Walter Robinson Day center. There are also two council ford fiesta's that park on the "Emmergency vehicle's only parking" space over the weekend.

Bank Street Car Park, 6th June

As a permit holder in this car park the dog mess is getting worse There are some responsible dog owners who clear up but it is not a very good advert for visitrs using this car park

Blocked drains, 28th May

Every drain on Hesketh Ave has been blocked for at least 2 years

Long-standing hole in road, 9th May

A hole appeared between the two carriageways on Lytham Road, the week before Easter. It was marked off and traffic prevented from turning right into Haig Road. The adjacent southbound bus stop was put out of use and a temporary stop put near the corner of Duke Street. This was stolen after two days and not relaced. No action has been taken to fill in the hole or make a bus stop available. (At the same time as this hole appeared, one was also cordoned off beside the traffic lights at Waterloo Road. This was repaired within a week). I am disabled and use this bus stop a lot. It makes life very difficult, having to get to either St Peter's church or the Waterloo Rd junction and I am heartily sick of it!

Re sunken pavement slab, 1st May

UU have fitted a new valve outside 126. The slab is now sinking and becoming a trip hazzard.

Green Light Not Working, 30th April

The green light on the traffic light where Rigby Road meets Central Drive is not working. It is the left traffic light nearest where a car would stop if the lights were red.

Parking over pavement, 19th April

A resident of the block containing nos 50 to 66 Haig Road regularly parks an open back van on the pavement for hours at a time. I am disabled and use a shopping trolley and have to struggle to get the trolley into the road to get around it. Many residents/callers do this for up to an hour, but this van is regularly parked this way.

Upturned kerbstone, 31st March

Kerbstone has turned 90 degrees and is standing above the pavement by 4 to 5ins.

Pelcan/Zebra crossing, 13rd March

The solaris and its grounds is a popular area for children. Clifton Drive is a very busy Rd & there is no easy access from the East of the Centre.This is even more difficult when the promenade hosts an event. Please consider a crossing to help prevent any accidents.

Potholes, 28th February

The whole of Harcourt Road is disgraceful - come and drive down it and you will soon see - its like being on The Big One!!
