At Penwrights Lane (Dirt Track) where a lot of people walk their dog, there is a lot of dog fouling all the way up the grass verge. People are also putting dog mess in a bag and throwing it on the grass. There used to be 2 dog bin's, one near the main road and one about half way down the track. The one down the track was removed and this is when the dog fouling got worst. The dog bin near the road is not being emptied regularly. Please put the second dog bin back as one is not enough.

This property is being used for car repairs which is completely unsuitable for this residential area. There are always cars being worked on, either on the driveway; across in the parking bays; and sometimes in the road. As this is a (generally) quiet close, the noise can be quite disturbing. There are numerous deliveries throughout the day, as well as people dropping and picking up cars. I know from other people all payments are in cash, and so I presume no tax is being declared. As for the point that the guy seems to drive away in nearly every vehicle he works on, I would not think he has insurance to drive them either.

Along a footpath of ROXTON ROAD close to the junction of BROOK LANE there are several areas of dog fouling. It is along the wall that backs on to the gardens of 8-10 FAIRWAY.
