Anti-Social Wheelie Bins on footpath parallel to Lilac Way, 11th February, RG23 8AQ

Emptied wheelie bins have been used to damage vehicles and have been knocked over blocking the footpath and causing a hazard to pedestrians in low light. In the past, residents have been reminded to collect their bins promptly after emptying. Some residents are now leaving their bins on this footpath on a permanent basis whilst others leave their bins on the footpath for several days. As well nas the afore mentioned problems it is not an attractive sight for those of us whose homes face this footpath. hope you are able to help. thank you for giving this your attention.

There is a large red suitcase that was left out for the dustmen that was not taken. The person who put it there has not removed it and has left it dumped there. Leaving rubbish in the same place is becoming an ongoing problem now. This never used to happen here.

Mud on Road, 1st February, RG24 9JY

Everyday about 1 inch of mud is left on the road for about 1/2 mile in the direction of Basingstoke on the A340. I ride a motorcycle and it is dangerous in the wet due to the slippy conditions. The mud comes from a nearby excavation plant.

Cars park illegally.people cross from between parked cars.there are designated parking spaces along the road...which are TERRIBLE.upcoming and downwards from brow of a hill.I cannot leave my house and travel in that direction for an hour either side of 1500.I pay road tax.I am entitled..The school is a toothless tiger,issuing warnings each term and `asking` parents not to congest.
