Dumped carpet, 30th November

An old, now moldy carpet has been laying under the lamp post at the end of Broomfields Court for three weeks now in the location where residents normally leave their bin bags for collection. The normal refuse collectors do not take it away and the culprit who has dumped it will not dispose of it themselves.

Dumped household rubbish, 18th October, SS16 5UB

Someone is putting their household rubbish out the day before bin collection and when the following morning is here it is ripped open by foxes or cats and spread all around the green to the rear of the Knares and Threshelford. Myself and some of my neighbours in Threshelford have cleared it up,weekly as we take a pride in where we live, but are getting fed up with having to do it. Perhaps some serious letters could be sent to the surrounding houses, ie. the Knares, Rantree Fold and Threshelford.We are all sick of this problem.

I saw the driver of a red Suzuki Swift Reg KX53UKK dump 5 bags of rubbish in our road, then drove off. I checked the to make sure it was indeed rubbish, then put it out for collection myself.

Excessive use of pavement for parking, 12th October, billericay

Of late more and more cars are being parked on the pavement in Western Road from the tyre shop and along that parade of shops, often requiring pedestrians to walk in the road to be able to pass. I've taken photos on my mobile phone of this and will also write a letter to the council to complain. Especially as cars travel so fast along Western Road on approach to the High Street, it's not ideal that pedestrians have to step out onto the road to walk around parked cars!

Parking outside my house (147 Long Riding) is becoming a nightmare because of the lack of official parking spaces in the parking area. I want to suggest that lines are drawn into this parking area to ensure that parking is efficient enough to fit a sufficient amount of cars.

Overhanging trees, 29th September, SS13 3NG

I have reported before re the huge canadian maple tree outside the houses along beambridge court and the fact that my own path and 3 of my neighbours paths are breaking up and nothing was done other than being advised to contact my insurance company who advised that the tree is the council's concern and if considerable damage is done they would look into it further. However, now I have this same tree overhanging my kitchen roof and dropping 'crap' onto the tiles making them constantly wet and full of moss causing continous damp and movement and the brick paving in my front garden is also always wet. We have hardly any light coming in our front window because of this particular tree also. Could someone please consider at least trimming the tree that in the nearly 20 years I have been there has never to my knowledge been done. I don't want the tree removed as I like trees but I don't want further damage to my property or damp problems because it is not being maintained. Could you look into this please asap. Thank you in anticipation.

Dog Fouling, 26th September, CM12 9EL

There is a pathway at the bottom of Summerdale that leads through a small children park/play area and out onto The Avenue. Over the last couple of months the amount of dog excretment has increased dramatically.There is a council dog waste bin provided but it seems a couple of dog owners cannot be bothered. Can we have some more signs along the pathway to highlight this filthy and very distressing problem.It is a very well used walk through and I`ve noticed people are treading in the mess which will worsen as the nights draw in as there are no street provided. Thanks.

3 cars parked, 4th July, wickford

There are ALWAYS three cars parked here. As it is at the top of a rise and on a bend it is impossible to see around them to see oncoming traffic. Please put double yellow lines on Swan Lane and Brock Hill Road. There are already too many single lane chicanes for such a main thoroughfare (but at least those are safe).
