Up to 2 cars are parked on the junction of West Ways and Manning Road , making it very dangerous for vehicles leaving West Ways and turning left into Manning road to do so safely as it forces vehicles on to the wrong side of the road...I believe the parking situation is in breach of the Highways Code article # 243...parking within 10 metres of a road junction and possiably near a school entrance

Tree felling, 30th January, PO21 2HR

I have noticed several trees have been felled recently in West Park on the Silverston Avenue side. I have also noticed someone in the front garden of number 2 Silverston Ave cutting up a freshly felled tree with a chainsaw. There seems to be another tree missing every time I walk that way. Perhaps this is authorised felling but it seems rather a coincidence. Would you please check on this as if everyone with a wood burner felled a tree in the park whenever they wanted, maybe even to sell, there wouldn't be much park left.

This is a repeat of a problem that was reported at the beginning of this month. The car was removed but has again been left in the layby adjacent to our buidling. The phone number that prospective buyers are to ring has many other cars for sale so it must be a dealer. The registration number of the car that is for sale is S964 DYJ. We and our neighbours find this very irritating as the layby is not available for visitors.

Almost daily there is dog fouling on the path leading past the houses to the chidren's play area. Obviously this path is used daily by children, and you can see the dog mess is constantly being trodden in.

A large white Vauxhall Movano van, reg. X769 DAT, has been parked in Bersted St, Bognor Regis, for a great many months. It is taxed until the end of 2011 but the parents of the owner, who does not live in the street, told me some time ago that the vehicle cannot be driven. It is currently parked (or more accurately dumped) close to the exit of our blind drive so that it is very difficult so see past it and thus potentially dangerous when taking our car out.

Repeated dog mess in my front garden and side entrance. Just had my garden improved at significant cost, and extremely annoyed with this matter. Irresponsible dog owners should be fined.

Litter on pavements and road, 8th September, BN17 6EP

Allegedly this street is cleaned three times a week. But it is always covered in litter. Today there is obvious debris left behind by the refuse collectors as they loaded bins on to their vehicle - that collection took place on Tuesday!! When will you strat to clear this street thoroughly as contracted??

One car belonging to no 15 Rucrofts is always parked on the pavement on a corner. During the day this is not a big problem but when the opposite lay-by is full with a large van and it is dark it is an accident waiting to happen. There is plenty of room around their property to park second vehicle. Also difficult to pass with pushchair and young children.
