'Devils Bridge' - Bleadon Hill, has an ongoing problem somewhere. Although several repair attempts have been made, nothing seems to last and 'potholes' appear, mainly at either end of the bridge. Currently, the worst are at the western end, - severe enough to cause a motorcyclist to crash, if approached in the dark. (I am an occasional motorcyclist).

Each week I roll our large bin onto the edge of the road to be emptied. Some weeks it is emptied and some weeks it is not. I cannot take the bags out as everytime I do the foxes rip the bags apart creating lots of mess which I have to clear up. Is it because the bin is green ? ( dark green )
