Rubbish and fly tipping, 5th August, PE14 9PU

I have noticed rubbish and flytipping at The Croft for the past 2 years, at this time there is a washing machine, loads of old carpet and a bulders waste bag (which has been there for some time) but the amount of rubbish is growing
