Car(s) are very frequently parked close to or right on the junction of Muir Drive/Springfield Way, this makes passing the vehicle, to gain access to Muir Drive or drives at the end of Springfield Way, very dangerous. Is this a record? For approx 2 years people have been waiting for a roundabout at the entrance to a "New Posh Estate" at this point in Carbrooke. Within this time the Developers have gone bust. Norfolk C.C. should have been able to get to the money the Dev. should have put aside but nothing happening !!! Why are people STILL waiting for N.C.C. to get things sorted?? In the meantime it looks like rather a disgusting Duck Pond. I am pretty sure there is even the obligatory Shopping Trolly and perhaps even a rusty old bike frame!! Utterly Disgusting !!

Broken surface in service road, 16th November

The service road off of the B 1108 for several hundred years is badly broken from the industrial (storage) units to the garage, includes a badly repaired utility trench. Perhaps not a Notfolk highways problem.

This stretch of road has been a problem for many months but since the severe winter it has been particularly bad. We understand that the pothole problem is massive but this piece of road is dangerous and is damaging vehicles.

Urgent repairs needed, 10th March, IP25 7SX

A couple months ago I reported that this bendy stretch of single lane road was in dire need of potholes. The Highways Agency had informed us it would be resurfaced in 2010. I have been told this would happen in response to my previous report. However not long ago the recentpotholes there were filled in, and now the road is in even worse condition than before as these old potholes are opening up again. It's quite simple, and a fact well known to local residents for years - this road can only be fixed by resurfacing. Filling in potholes is not the solution. We've seen it time and again.

In 2008 the Highways Agency informed us this bendy stretch of road was assuredly going to be resurfaced by 2010 due to tarmac disintegrating as in past years. It is 2010 now, and although a couple of routine potholes in familiar spots have been filled in, resurfacing is still urgently needed. Will the Highways Agency follow through on their pledge, which I must emphasize is a years overdue job needing done here? Thank you.

Despite occasional attempts to fill potholes in in past years on this low road, tey keep coming back very quickly. This road needs to be repaired properly - sweeping the problem under the carpet is not an adequate solution!
