The towpath is eroding at different points on the Trent and Mersey canal - this could lead to the canal breaching into Longacre Wood if repairs are not done

There is a dead tree approx 100 metres south of bridge 212 on the Trent and Mersey Canal on the off side of the canal

There is a serious indentation here which is a danger to cyclists. The dent could throw a cyclist off balance or swerving to avoid could cause an accident with a car.

Unfit road, 23rd June

The main road closure has caused all traffic to go along Warmingham Lane. This road wasn't fit for light traffic before the closure and now has all traffic re-routed along it. It has a 20 yard stretch of pot holes and hugely uneven surfaces that must pose a real danger to any cyclist or motorcyclist. Why wasn't the raod repaired before you knew it would be even more heavily used? When will the road be repaired? On a more widespread problem, why have few if any potholes been identified for repair in Cheshire East? It really is poor planning and makes you wonder what we pay our road tax and council tax for? I identified this issue in January and have still not received a reply.Does anyone care?

First noticed on Tue, 1 Jun 2010. I see this as high priority. Road surface is awful. Extremely bumpy. Damaging to vehicles. Most cars move out over White centre line to avoid the surface. Please resurface that entire road. It's awful!!!!!!!

The road surface outside Greenlea is in very bad condition. The entrance to the driveway is so poor that the potholes cause the car bumper to hit the ground, ripping off the rubber protection strip.Between Greenlea and Jasmine Bank there is no kerb and the border between the grass and road is on very poor condition

The potholes result in cycles and motorcycles riding around the potholes which causes other traffic to become stationary. Also dangerous for mothers with pushchairs wishing to cross the road at this junction
