On Elton Road just to the west of the Rookery Tavern PH, the verge between the pavement and property boundaries and the pavement itself has a lot of dog faeces on it, some bagged up, but quite a lot which is not. I can't tell whether this is intended as a 'dirty protest' by dog owners who want a dog waste bin (in which case I support their objective but not their methods) or whether they just don't give s**t!
