<title>Green electrical cabinet has been pushed over, 15th February, DY10 2XH</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/231802</link>
<description>Hi,

A green electrical cabinet has been pushed over (by a car judging by the tyre tracks on the grass nearby). It has been placed upright again, but its not fixed to the plinth and may fall over exposing the electrical cables / equipment to the public and weather. There are no markings on the outside to say whos cabinet it is.

The cabinet is on the path of the Stourbridge road at the junction with Kendlewood road.

<title>Recyling bins not emptied, 14th February, B20 2TD</title>
<link>http://www.fixmystreet.com/report/231716</link>
<description>The recyling bins for flats 1-51 Bromford Hill, Lea Hill Road are not being emptied and haven;t been for over a month. The problem is that some residents on the development are using them to dispose of normal household waste and contaminating the recyclable items. Whilst I understand the logic behind this the Housing Association is having to pay contractors to empty the bins. Tenants have been written to but continue to do this. My quandry is that the council want people to recylce and put these bins in place but when something like this happens someone else has to pay for it's removal. Could someone advise me if this is correct or if the council should still deal with the problem and simply take the rubbish away with the normal collection or is the answer to have the recyling bins taken away. Many thanks
