Slippy sewer cover, 7th February, b27

Hello there, over the years i have seen several people slip or fall backwards on an old drain/sewer cover it is very smooth and slippery especially when it snows or gets icy, i helped up an older man the other day, who had fallen backwards and hit the back of his head, it is a real danger it is located on the Shirley road Acocks Green Birmingham, 10 foot from the front door of the old woolworths which i now believe to a British Heart Foundation. there is a tanning salon to the left, it is right on the corner between the two shops it shouldn't be to hard to spot. thank you for your time and for creating such a positive website.
