Optimise vehicles and fencing still in street outside site 10 (1-14 Brokesley Street) of Eric/Treby Regeneration Development. This breaches: 1) planning permission for this development which states no construction traffic in Brokesley Street 2) parking suspension which is for 23-24 January only. There are two contractors vehicles parked in the street - one of which is parked within the area of parking suspended on 23-24 January - effectively still in force because the fencing has not been removed despite the fact the roadworks are complete. Flooded pavement, 18th January

The pavement at the pedestrian crossing on Coburn Road/end of Morgan Street is flooded due to a constant stream of water from a burst water pipe in the gardens of number 48 or 50 Coburn Road. The pavement and crossing is very busy particularly with children attending Malmesbury Primary School. The last few days the water has frozen and people have been seen to nearly fall. This needs urgent attention.
