Man Hole Repair Required, 13th February, tower hill

Same man hole in the underpass under Tower Bridge Approach that goes through to St Katharine's Dock has been temporarily patched with a yellow board for about 6 months now and again the tarmac holding it in place is breaking up. This happened about a year ago, and the board was there for about 6 months, then someone fixed the manhole (badly) then the repair broke again and now we have the yellow board back. Looks bad and is a trip hazard. Can someone fix the manhole properly???
