No drainage in ally way, 23rd January

There is a massive problem with drainage at the ally way from Addison rd to Spencer rd. Everytime it rains there will be a huge puddle which leaves the ally way in such a state that no one can walk down it. This ally is used every day by parents and children and its getting so bad now... Please can something be down ! ! Also there is so much dog fouling going on here its sick . Surely there should be better signs or at least a BIN !
