Updates on Vandalism, Graffiti and Fly Tipping in unused garages

After months of arguments back and forth between owners, tenants and residents associations it is still unclear what the future of these garage is. However at the moment they have (finally) been boarded up sufficiently and despite there being footprints all over them (presumably where some little darling has tried to kick their way in) the garages are at least secure once again.

We've been told by W'ton Homes that this problem is hand and the garages will be demolished 'soon'.

Thank you for flagging up the state of these garages. They are set to be demolished soon and we are currently negotiating with our existing tenants. We are going to look at ways to make the garages more secure in the meantime. I'll come back to you as soon as I have more information about when the garages will be demolished.
