Update by Mrs Ann Annis

I Have lived in Charles Street Hedon for 30 years. The road in Charles Street has for the last few years fell foul of bad planning decisions the result of which has caused the road to have really bad potholes. I am apalled at the way Hedon Town council have ignored the fact that some home owner down the south side of Charles Street have placed barriers and fencing across the road. Although the bottom of Charles Street is classed as a private road it seems the council has a duty of care to the children of Inmans School to have a pavement put on Charles Street to makethe passage to school safe. The road its should be made available for the emergency vehicles. Surely there should be grants made available to have the pavements installed along the full street. Photos are available on Google mapping
