<description>It's not the lack of bins, it's the antisocial dog owners who think that having picked up the poop and tied it neatly in a bag they can then throw it wherever they wish.Council not to blame, just uncaring dog owners. Bet they'd get cross if you threw bags of excrement into their garden !

<description>egative response from council, who previously said they would monitor the situation. Over 300 bins in the area, not looking to have any more......expense etc.
