Response from council: Dear Mr Williams, Thank you for your correspondence outlining concerns about damage to the carriageway outside the above properties. I can confirm that I have attended site this morning to investigate. On this occasion I have concluded that the site currently does not meet the Council’s criteria as a dangerous defect. However I can assure you that I will continue to monitor the situation and should the situation deteriorate further I will intervene as is required.
