Lancs County Council are a waste of time & money on a problem like this.They would sooner spend our hard earned cash on stupid schemes like "Quiet Lanes" and other daft ideas.

Did you honestly think Lancs County Council were going to fix this problem? No and neither did I. The untaxed vehicle parked over the blocked drain has been there at least 4 years.Numerous people have reported it to the DVLC("We know where you are,theres no hiding place")Still no action.Thanks anyway.
