Updates on (correction) Decades-old puddle on main route

Partially fixed: puddle now shallow and not as bad as many others in the same area. But the whole, very heavily used, open space remains a disgrace.

Camden LB did some drainage and tarmac work which has reduced the size of the puddle. But people still have to jump or circumvent it. So we enter our sixth month of agitation for effective action.

TfL sent someone to clear the drain (despite it not being their responsibility)and LB Camden says it will do some further work when weather permits. Puddle persists, however.

Camden, Network Rail and TfL all deny being responsible. But on 9/10 December TfL's contractors did clear the gulley. No-one has yet modified the surface: the drain is still ABOVE the hollow occupied by the puddle. Blog has details.

Concil never replied. TfL must have been alerted by Council: they replied and were very thorough, establishing that it was not their land/problem. I then tried Network Rail.... long saga all in detail on michaeledwards.org.uk NO SOLUTION IN SIGHT. Do help if you can. Michael
