<description>OK, second update.  The council informed me that it would be fixed by 10 Dec 2009.  It is now nearly then end of Jan 2010.  Still no new sign.

<description>The council emailed me to say that this would be fixed within 42 days (by 28/09/2009).  It is now nearly the end of October, and guess what?  It's still not been fixed.
