<description>Somebody was killed there before the road works started. It was an off duty police man. These roadworks are becoming a joke. 7 months of limited progress, the new entrance to the car park, will result in people parking where the old entrance was located and thus blocking traffic trying to exit from the opposite side road due to double parking in the area you mentioned in your comments. The council need this addressing ASAP. The yellow lines will not stop people parking there, people parked on double yellow before the changes were introduced and these idiots will not change now. It's common sense not to park there.
