<description>Reply from Pendle Council 21/7/09

Good morning

With respect to your recent complaint regarding vehicles causing an obstruction to the back street near to where you live. Unless there are any parking restrictions on the road, unfortunately Pendle Borough Council cannot enforce. The Police however are responsible for enforcing vehicle obstructions. I have forwarded your e-mail to the Police, but I would suggest that you contact them separately to ask if they can look into this matter.

Kind regards
Sandra Farnell
