Well a number those in St Lukes Avenue are still not using their wheely bins they prefer instead to thow the black sacks into our road percy road

I think TDC do a good job and it is not them who make the mess. Some resident are still not using the wheely bins that they were given to use. They are just lazy and find it easier to just put all their rubbish in a black sack and flytipp it in a nearby street, they should not be allowed to get away with it.

More black sacks have been flytipped in St Lukes Avenue RAMSGATE Juntion with Percy Road Could TDC please look through the rubbish to try and identify who is responsable for causing this mess on a almost daily bases.
