<description>While a council operative did come and remove what he could og the bags of dog excrement, there has been no attempt to strim the borders of the fiels so this problem is likely to re-occur

<description>A street cleaning unit did attend and remove some of the mess. Due to some bags splitting and dropping their disgusting contents into the nettles it was not possible to effect complete removal. The problem could be best solved by the Council re-instating the strimming of the field edges, thereby removing &amp;quot;hidey-holes&amp;quot; into which the bags of dog excrement, or indeed other rubbish could be left. The land is owned by KCC, I would hope that they have an obligation to maintain it properly and will do so.
